Neutralization Surcharge Update
August 1, 2010 - The July, 2010 U.S. average spot price for caustic soda, based on the latest figure reported in Chemical Week, is below the $400/ton bottom threshold established for the neutralization surcharge. Therefore, there will be no neutralization surcharge applied during the month of August.
