Ross Companies Named To NorthCoast 99 For Second Year

September, 2009 -- The Ross companies, Ross Environmental Services, Inc., Ross Incineration Services, Inc. and Ross Transportation Services, Inc.,  were recently honored  as a member of the NorthCoast 99 for the second year. This is an annual recognition program sponsored by the Employers Resource Council (ERC) and Inside Business Magazine that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio.

The NorthCoast 99 defines a great workplace as one that excels in the attraction, retention and motivation of top performers. Companies do this by maintaining  organizational policies and practices that are designed to support the needs of great talent.

NorthCoast 99 examines policies and practices that address seven fundamental workplace characteristics: flexibility, opportunity, recognition, development, security, support and talent integrity.
