Ross Incineration manages

air pollution control system consistently meets or exceeds the US
and Ohio EPA's standards for air quality. During 2002, the company
replaced the air pollution control system, an $11 million capital
reinvestment project. This project ensures that the company continues
to meet new, more stringent emissions standards established by the
US EPA under the Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) regulations.
