Community Relations

Community Relations

The Ross companies have an Open Door Policy with our local community. As companies that enjoy the benefits of doing business in our local community, we recognize that we have a responsibility to be good corporate citizens and to maintain clear, open lines of communications with our many publics. We believe that communication with the public is vital to the successful business practices of the Ross companies. We are available to provide information, answer questions, give tours of our facilities and make presentations about our operations.

The Ross companies also believe that it is important to play a meaningful role in the local community. The companies participate in community events and projects in a variety of ways. This includes providing corporate contributions to fund programs and projects as well as identifying employee volunteers to work with local organizations. The companies also participate in several local and county-wide community events on an annual basis.

Who To Call For Information

The Ross Environmental Community Relations Department is the primary contact for all local residents, news media representatives, school groups and civic organizations who are interested in learning more about the companies and their operations.

You can reach the Community Relations Department during regular business hours (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 5 pm) by calling: (440)366-2076. After business hours, we do have a CR Representative on-call to answer questions from members of the community and the news media. To reach the on-call community relations representative, call the general phone number at (440)366-2000 and ask to have them paged. We will respond as quickly as possible.
